Agreement to our Legal Terms

8. Termination

CWI Group may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CWI Group regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and CWI Group.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

The failure of CWI Group to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
